9 Workforce Trends that are Changing Today's Workplace

Presenter: Dr. Brad Harrington

BCCWF Executive Director and BC Carroll School of Management Professor

Changes occurring in the labor market and the workplace are pushing employers to broaden their perspective on the workforce policies, practices and cultures that will engage today's increasingly diverse workforce. Creating an employee experience which allows companies to attract, develop, and retain the best people should be the goal for any organization today. This includes paying attention to a broad range of employee issues including diversity and inclusion, work-life, well-being, and career development. Dr. Harrington will draw from research and best practices he has observed working with many of the country's leading employers  to discuss strategies to address the challenges we face as HR professionals.
