Casper, Wendy

Dr. Wendy Casper is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Texas at Arlington, and Visiting Faculty of Human Resource Management at Cyprus International Institute of Management. She received her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University. Dr. Casper has published research in numerous journals including the Journal of Applied Psychology, the Journal of Vocational Behavior and the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology. Her research examines the influence of family-friendly policies on organizational outcomes, as well as the work-life experiences of under-studied groups such as single workers, low income workers, and workers from cultures outside North America. Dr. Casper has also worked as both an internal and an external human resources consultant for organizations in both the private and public sector. Her consulting work has involved conducting research studies on work-life issues and evaluating the business impact of family-friendly policies.
