Flex-Options Lessons Learned: Sharing Best Practices (A Teleconference Transcript), September 15, 2005

On September 15, 2005, the Women’s Bureau, U.S. Department of Labor hosted its ninth in a series of teleconferences as part of its Flex-Options initiative.  The teleconference, “Flex Options Lessons Learned: Sharing Best Practices,” brought together mentors and mentees participating in Flex Options who shared their experiences designing, implementing and managing flexibility. 

Speakers included:  Angie Laycock, work-life consultant, publisher and President of Roma Communications; Julie Thorner, President, Mini University; Kelly Eustace, CEO & Chairman, Heating and Plumbing Engineers, Inc.; and Hydee Willis, President, CEO and Owner, Creative Expressions.
