The conference will take place from Thursday morning, June 14th (10 am) through Saturday evening, June 16th (6 pm) at the Millennium Broadway Hotel in Times Square, New York City. The conference registration form is available here.

Rooms are now available at the New York Marriott Marquis and the Renaissance New York Times Square Hotel. The Marriott Marquis is located at 1535 Broadway which is between 45th and 46th St. The Renaissance New York Times Square Hotel is located at Two Times Square, 714 Seventh Avenue at W. 48th St.
Both hotels are walking distance to the conference venue, the Millennium Broadway Hotel.

Transportation and Directions
The Millennium Broadway is located right in the heart of Times Square at 145 W. 44th Street, between Broadway and Sixth Avenue. The hotel’s midtown Manhattan location is easily reached by car, cab or subway, and is easily accessible from New York's three major airports. NYC Subway/Bus/Rail
The Millennium Broadway Hotel is easily accessible by Rail through Grand Central Station, Penn Station or the New York City Subway system. For information, visit the website of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
Subway and bus fares
The cost of a SingleRide ticket is $2.50 sold at vending machines only. Buying a MetroCard for multiple rides reduces the fare for a subway or local bus ride to $2.25.

NYC Taxi Cabs
Taxis from the three major Airports to the Millennium Broadway Hotel charge a flat rate:
• La Guardia Airport: (12 miles) $20-$24 plus tolls and tip
• JFK International Airport: (17 miles) $45 (flat rate) plus tolls and tip
• Newark International Airport: (16 miles) $45 plus tolls and tip
Within Manhattan, Standard City Taxi Rates are:
• $2.50 just for getting in
• $.50 for each 1/4 mile
• $.50 for each 30 seconds stopped in traffic
• $1.00 additional night charge
• Plus, tip in the range of 15-20 percent.
All taxicabs are now equipped to accept credit/debit cards for all fares.

Restaurants
Restaurant Charlotte, is the lobby-level restaurant and bar in the Millennium. Morning breakfast hours are between 7:30am and 10:30am. For reservations or more information about Restaurant Charlotte, please call 212-789-7508. The Bar and Lounge located next to Restaurant Charlotte offers comfortable seating for a bite or cocktail and is open from 12 pm – 11 pm.
There are over 100 restaurants in midtown Manhattan's Theater District, so you have lots of dining options in the area. Contact the Hotel Concierge for help with reservations or recommendations. The conference program will also include a restaurant listing.
Childcare
Childcare for conference attendees and their families will be provided by Bright Horizons at a discounted rate. Childcare will be available for children up to 12 years old. Childcare hours are from 8 am - 6 pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Please indicate on your conference registration form that you would like childcare. In order to secure a spot for your child(ren), we need to know by February 1, 2012.
